On Friday, March 7, Crystal D experienced a cyberattack. We took immediate action to shut down our systems and minimize the impact. As such, our phone, email, other internal systems, and website went offline while we assessed them for security.

Existing Orders
If you have an in-house order with a scheduled ship date, you can expect to hear from us within 24 hours.
If your order is scheduled to ship after March 17th, we will reach out within 48 hours with an update on the status.
New Orders & Quotes
Yes, we are still accepting new orders! Please send your purchase order (PO) and artwork to sales@crystal-d.com, and we will enter your order and respond within 48 hours.
Although our website is currently offline, you can still find us and submit orders through industry platforms such as SAGE, ESP, PromoCorner, DistributorCentral, and CommonSku.

Customer Data
