Our Hiring Process
We make our hiring process as painless as possible. Once your application is approved, our recruiter will be in touch with you. Next, an onsite or virtual interview will be scheduled if we choose to move forward. If we select you as an applicant, you can expect a phone call with your team leader walking through the offer. What We Do
Award and recognition products have been on the rise the past decade, as companies all over the US have recognized that employee talent is the most important asset a company has – and it needs to be celebrated! That is where we come in. Crystal D specializes in designing and manufacturing innovative and elegant crystal awards and gifts. We partner with trophy retailers, event planners, and promotional product consultants that sell our gifts across the globe. (Therefore, we do not sell directly to corporate buyers.)
