My name is Mike, and I am the executive vice president and chief operating officer.

I started my career with Crystal D as a printer before moving over to the warehouse. Later, I became the Supply Chain Manager, then I was the Vice President of Operations, and now I serve as the EVP and COO.

Today I am responsible for overseeing the entire company — from HR and finance, to marketing and sales, to operations … and everything in between. I’ve been told that my attention to detail, analytical nature, and results-oriented demeanor make me a cornerstone at Crystal D.

In my spare time, I enjoy camping with my wife, and I also enjoy building with Star Wars Legos!
