2017 WOW Day Recap - Celebrating 2016!

At Crystal D, we LOVE celebrations, and our annual WOW Day is no exception! We love to recognize our employees just as much as we love to be part of creating gifts and awards that will recognize yours. And this year we are happy to announce our winners. This year we celebrated our amazing Memory Makers hard core with lights, music, games, and, of course, the occasional pun!

Our Never Fear, Always Here winners
This dedicated group of individuals didn’t miss one day of work in 2016! Now that is a feat you can understand. Without these folks, we wouldn’t be able to provide the white-glove service you are accustomed to.

Our Rookie of the Year winners
Congratulations to Eric Wiberg and Jake Calleja, both part of our customer service team! You’ll run into these two studs after you place an order with us. These guys have shown such great leadership in their first year with the Crystal D and are already align with our core values!

The winners of these awards embody our core values and have been nominated by their peers. Our Grand Value champion embodies all five of our core values! Congratulations to our newest value champions and grand value champion!

Our Rising Star winners
Congratulations to Linda Chang in production and Jen Jezierski in marketing! These two ladies have shown amazing improvement in their roles, and they definitely contribute to Crystal D’s growth!

Our Expect Excellence winner
Congratulations Mike Pooler in our solutions department! If you want to know what a “not good enough” attitude is, just be like Mike!

Our Kick Ass Attitude winner
Kari Hurtis, our customer service manager, is a gal that won’t take “no” for an answer! Thank you for working hard to make us all better, and we look forward to seeing how else you help us grow!

Our Step Up winners
Congratulations to Jason Geis in production and Mike Blees in the art department! These dudes don’t accept failure as an option and never pass the blame.

Our Above and Beyond winners
Congratulations to Benno Klotz, our warehouse manager, and Toua Yang, our IT manager! We never have to ask these guys twice to do something.

Congratulations to Mike Irvine, vice president of operations. This award is only given out by Chuck when he feels there is a deserving person who has left a significant mark on the makeup and history of Crystal D.
