Sara – Customer Service Support Specialist

My name is Sara, and I’m a Customer Service Support Specialist.

I joined Crystal D on July 20, 2026, and have spent most of my career in customer service, primarily in retail and food service. I grew up performing in plays and musicals and even went to college as a Musical Theater major, which eventually drew me to LA. I lived there for almost 14 years before returning to my Midwest roots. What I love about my role here at Crystal D is helping people, supporting the team, and stepping in wherever else I’m needed.

Outside of work, I enjoy doing puzzles with my roommate, boyfriend, and friends. Also, enjoy attending theater productions, especially community theater. Since moving here, I haven't had the chance to see any shows yet, so I'd love recommendations! I love meal planning, coming up with new recipes, and cooking with my boyfriend. I find it relaxing spending time outdoors, especially in the fall, whether that's going for walks or enjoying nature before the freezing cold weather arrives. There’s nothing like a Midwest fall.

I also love finding opportunities to volunteer through my church and enjoy attending games with family and friends. One of my favorite experiences was going to a Packers game in Denver with my family last December. What I enjoyed most about that experience was simply spending time with my family, as family is very important to me.

Something Surprising: A fun fact about me is that I was the Drum Major for my high school's marching band.
