Kari A ‐ Customer Service Manager

My name is Kari, and I am the customer service manager.

I have been in customer service for over 25 years and as a leader for 22 of them. I joined Crystal D in Sept 2023 and have enjoyed it tremendously.

Previously, I have worked in the alarm monitoring industry, telecommunications and most recently in a national distribution center for retail. I am passionate about providing the WOW effect to both our internal and external customers. I love a good challenge and often find myself looking for a good problem to solve.

On the weekend, you will likely find me spending time with my 3 adult children or watching any kind of sporting event. I am a huge football and basketball fan! Go Vikes!

Something Surprising:My son as a teenager once saved a 2 year old from drowning in a pond behind his grandma's house.

Favorite Award: Fairmount Vase. I purchased this for my mother when she retired from her 33 years of employment and love seeing flowers in it.
