Gary ‐ Solutions Specialist

My name is Gary, and I’m a solutions specialist.

I am drawn to customer service-associated roles, having had about 15 years of experience managing call centers (customer service, sales, collections) and more than eight years working on the distributor side of the promo industry. Most recently, I was focused on developing and sustaining long-term strategic customer relationships for a promotions distributor. I am drawn to customer relationship management and enjoy working with customers on customized award and gift ideas, as well as talking about all the ways we can ensure recipients say wow.

Outside of work, there’s a good chance you’ll find me at a restaurant or a ball field. The restaurant (especially King’s Place in Miesville, Minnesota) is because I love taking my wife out for dinner each week. The ball field is because our springs and summers are spent at a LOT of baseball games. We have two boys and the younger one plays college baseball in the spring and Town Ball in Minnesota during the summer. I also enjoy watching true crime shows and historical documentaries.

Something Surprising: A huge part of who I am is the fact that I beat Stage 4 cancer. I love talking about it and the incredible people who saved my life!

Favorite Award: Mine is the Cut Corner Cube It’s got a classic look and perfect fit for 3D subsurface laser engraving. I love the cut corner as well, and how it presents the award visually.
