Eric - Customer Service

My name is Eric, and I work in customer service.

I grew up in the little town of Fridley, MN, along the Mississippi River. Before I joined Crystal D, I spent seven years working overnights in a hotel as a night auditor. Lots of data entry and lots of interesting customers! I enjoy baseball, concerts, reading, and writing when I'm not hard at work at Crystal D. 

Something Surprising: I have a beautiful daughter named Kayleigh, and she's pretty much my world. I wouldn't have it any other way!

Favorite Award: My favorite award is the Centaurus Tower. I like the boldness of this award, and because of all of the etch locations, the decoration options are endless!
