Ben ‐ Supply Chain Manager

My name is Ben, and I’m the Supply Chain Manager.

I have more than 12 years of logistics industry experience, six of which have been in a leadership position. I joined Crystal D in 2022 as the Warehouse Manager, and in 2023 I earned a bachelor’s degree in supply chain and operations management. In 2024, I was promoted to Supply Chain Manager.

I am excited to continue upholding the values that define Crystal D and delivering ”The WOW Effect“™ in every aspect of our Supply Chain.

My family are experts at keeping me busy, but in my downtime, you can usually find me outdoors hunting, fishing, woodworking, or reading.

Something Surprising: I love to skydive, and I play multiple instruments. Not at the same time … yet!

Favorite Award: My favorite award is the Pioneer Tower. This uniquely shaped award features striking lines and angles which refract light in a dazzling display that features a hint of blue, my favorite color!
